Citibank's first smart banking branch in Malaysia
Citibank's recently-launched first smart banking branch in Malaysia will redefine customer experience, said the bank. Located at Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang, the new branch is also Citi's largest smart banking branch in the region, covering a floor area of more than 27,000 sq ft. "The new branch seeks to redefine the customer experience by leveraging a customer-centric approach to the way customers interact and do transactions with their bank. By building on the concept of 'Smart Banking'," said Citibank Berhad chief executive officer, Sanjeev Nanavati.
